We loved our stay,, very comfortable and super clean,, everything was perfect,, the apartments were so big that initially we got confused and did not realize there were more rooms at the top. Caroline was very helpful in everything. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely cottage, clean and cozy and very picturesque and quaint village. Extremely comfortable beds! No problems finding it and easy to pull up outside, unload and then lots of options for parking. People really friendly and helpful and local shop within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Caroline’s house was perfect for a weekend away & indeed longer. It was immaculate. And she left us a few wee treats as a welcome. It really is a home away from home. Caroline has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. She is on hand if you need her. She is a very gracious & friendly person. Nothing seems too much bother.
We hopefully stay again. The house is 2 minutes from the beach & is perfect for family’s. You can walk every where. Every type of food on your doorstep. You will have the best time.

Everything was as shown or better. The apartment is clean, fresh and great to stay in. Communication with Caroline was easy, clear and helpful. Eating out on the balcony was lovely.
Parking tricky in this area generally; Eidsforth as Caroline suggested sorted us for one space, Poulton Road was a good option for the rest (weekend only).

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline's apartment. The location cannot be beaten, so close to the main shops and the beach. You can actually see the sun setting in the gorgeous bay from the windows in the kitchen. The place was clean, and we even got a change of beddings and towels since we were staying there for 2 1/2 weeks. Very highly recommended.

Beautifully presented accommodation, entirely on the first floor, with large trees across the road so not at all overlooked. There are numerous little thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation that make for a very pleasant experience.

This is a great apartment and is virtually on the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was clear that care is taken to make sure guests’ stays are comfortable. We had everything we needed and there were lots of little personal touches around the place to make our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the communication we received from Caroline right from the point of booking, up until the stay completed was fantastic. A really helpful host! We slept well as the beds were really comfortable - the bunkbeds room is pretty much filled by the beds, but we both just used the big double room to get ready, so it wasn’t an issue. There is parking on the street - it was very busy, but we managed to squeeze in somewhere along the road each time. For a great breakfast, take the 1 minute walk to The Bow Window just round the corner.

What an amazing week we’ve had staying at Bay Breeze. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to all amenities.

This is a lovely clean apartment, and perfect for us as 2 adults and 2 kids - location wise, you more or less step out onto the promenade and have all the shops / ammenities of Bare (convenience store, sandwich shops, butchers, deli and even a micro pub!
Happy Mount Park is 2 miunutes walk, the centre of the prom is about 20 minutes walk away -
Beds are great, there is everything you need and it's on a quiet, leafy street -
Caroline kept us updated at all times, and we will definately be staying here again - highly recommended!!!!

Great location and host! The apartment is right on the coast (as advertised) and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The place was clean, cosy and very relaxed. Caroline gave us some great recommendations and was very welcoming! Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the Lakes/Lancaster.

Nicely decorated and furnished flat in a great location - outside the bustle of Morecambe, but within walking distance. Seconds from the front, with local shops a stones throw away, along with a couple of pubs.

Caroline’s apartment is beautiful, extremely clean and in a great location.
The communication was excellent and there was everything we needed inside from lovely soft towels to a very informative folder with loads of local information and even a bottle of wine in the fridge.
We had a great time and look forward to staying again.

The flat was very neat and tidy. There was good communication from Caroline and felt welcomed . It is close to Windermere and Kendal and is very near the Morecambe bay, though not much of dining in restaurants around.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us and we were able to have a good night's rest after hiking around the Lake districts. Caroline is a great host and there when you need her. She went out of her way to return one of the items we had forgotten at the apartment while checking out. Would recommend this apartment to all.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and a great base for us to explore the lake district! Caroline had great communication and recommended us hikes and made the whole stay so pleasant! Even though it was a self check in, she made us feel very welcome with her personal touches around the apartment and a book on the walks in the lake district! She'd even had the heating on so it was still warm when we got in late at night. Thank you so much for everything!

Caroline's place was spotlessly clean with some lovely touches when we arrived. She was always on hand without being intrusive and as a small family of 4 we would definitely recommend her and her flat. It was perfect as a base right in Morecambe on the sea front with parking right outside. It is a great spot to explore Lancashire, Cumbia and the Lakes we only wish we had more time.
